We are upgrading to a new ERP system
As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient customer service, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system – increasing the productivity and customer service to inventory accuracy and more. Our new system will help us to offer enhanced features and functionality in your customer service experience.
Our last day of trading before upgrading to the new system is Thursday 28th November 2019. All sales operations, warehouse, inward and outward goods will be UNAVAILABLE on Friday 29th November. Any requests for quotes or placement of orders on Friday 29th November will be processed on or after Monday 2nd December.
We have scheduled the new ERP system to GO-LIVE on Monday 2nd December 2019. We apologize if you experience some delays in processing (i.e. quotes/ picking/ invoicing and etc) as we grow accustomed to our new ERP system. We understand you may have questions about our ERP system upgrade, and we are here to help.
